Orlandis Capital recruits new commercial manager

Orlandis Capital has hired Adam Van West as a commercial manager.

Adam brings with him extensive experience of construction and development management and is also a qualified quantity surveyor.

Adam — who most recently worked at Mace on Qatari Diar’s Chelsea Barracks scheme — will be responsible for construction monitoring across the Orlandis Capital portfolio.

This comes as the JV equity provider has invested £125m to date across eight projects.

Andrew Chrysostomou, managing director at Orlandis Capital, said: “Our understanding of this aspect of the market is significant and our focus absolute.

“We have a great team and we are genuinely passionate about real estate.

“Crucially, we have unfettered, available equity, which with the right partners and opportunity, we are keen to deploy and support success in the UK residential development market.

“Adam will be a great addition to ensuring the delivery of this.”
